GUIDELINES FOR ORAL & MINI ORAL PRESENTATION
- Poster and Paper presentation may include Original Research or Case Report.
- Kindly specify the category (paper / poster) while submitting the abstract.
- The abstracts should be within 500 words limit excluding title and references.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing and title in bold.
- For original research, structure the abstract with: Objectives, Materials & Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- Graphs, tables and images should NOT be included in the abstract.
- Mode of presentation: Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Time limit: 08 minutes (06 mins presentation + 02 mins discussion).
- Submit the abstract through your ISOT account after login.
- All abstracts will be reviewed and the presenting author will be informed via email.
Note: Only registered delegates will be allowed to participate in Scientific Presentations.
GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER PRESENTATION
- Only registered delegates can present posters after acceptance.
- Time limit: 03 mins presentation + 01 min discussion.
- The author must be available during the presentation.
- Poster must be in landscape format (single slide/image).
- Allowed formats: PPT or JPEG.
- Maximum 5 slides allowed if detailed explanation is needed.
- Title and subheadings must be in bold.
- Use high contrast background for better readability.
- Images/figures must be minimum 300 dpi.
- Orientation: 16:9 landscape, save as PDF or PPTX.
- Font types: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, Helvetica (Font size > 11).
